The Secret Sauna is a wild oasis of tranquility nestled on the crystal clear Lake Hāwea, Wānaka.  

Located approximately 15 minutes drive from Wanaka township at the start of The Camp, Lāke Hāwea.

Our wood-fired barrel sauna offers you the chance to relax and unwind while taking in the stunning mountain vistas. Our lounge yurt, will keep you out of the elements and give you a place to wind down or chill out, before and after sessions.

Take a cold plunge in the healing waters of Lake  Hāwea as you cycle from hot and cold therapies also known as contrast therapy (see our “Sauna Benefits” page for more info on this).
